📋 Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Home & Kitchen / Tech & Gadgets / Toys & Games: Must be unused, unopened, and in its original retail packaging with all original accessories.

• Health & Beauty: Due to hygiene and health protection standards, products under health, cosmetics, or personal care cannot be returned once the seal is broken or opened.

❌ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team immediately within 48 hours of delivery with video/photo proof, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5–7 business days.
